Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link Belt 297Z 2 D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD8111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DO5B301 manufactured by Mannesmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD2071 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Makishinko Brand KF100LU120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as 60B17 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 23V650TB made by Martin as well as the popular 60BTB402012 original spares produced by Martin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E80C15H by Martin and 60B17 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60B24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martin.
